Dispatch times

  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM on business days ship the same day

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day

  • We use NZ Post Couriers for all deliveries

Delivery Times

We ship with NZ Post Couriers, with the following delivery times:

  • Auckland Metro: 1-2 business days

  • North Island: 2-3 business days

  • South Island: 2-3 business days

  • Rural Areas: Add 1-2 extra days

Shipping Costs

  • Orders over $150: FREE shipping

  • Other orders: $10 standard shipping (We believe in on flat rate for all of NZ so everyone has access)

What to Expect When You Order

  • Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order

  • Dispatch Notification: We'll email you when your order ships with NZ Post tracking information

  • Tracking: Track your package using the NZ Post tracking number provided

  • Delivery: Most packages are delivered to your door, signature may be required for valuable orders
