Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return items. Items must be unopened and in original condition.

What Can Be Returned

Returnable Items:

  • Unopened Games Workshop products

  • Items in original packaging

  • Unused hobby supplies

  • Products with all original documentation (order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened paint sets or consumables

  • Custom or special orders

  • Items damaged by customer

  • Products missing original packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email hello@gorgon.co.nz with your order number and reason for return

  2. Get Return Instructions: We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable

  3. Send It Back: Package securely and drop off at any NZ Post location

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Mistake: We cover all return shipping costs if we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged

  • Change of Mind: Customer covers return shipping costs for unwanted items

  • Faulty Products: We cover return shipping and provide replacement or full refund

Refund Timeline

  • Processing: Refunds processed within 2-3 business days of receiving returned item

  • Payment Method: Refunds issued to original payment method

  • Bank Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for refund to appear in your account

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, we'll make it right.

What to do:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours with photos of any damage

  2. Email hello@gorgon.co.nz or call 021 683 581

  3. We'll send a replacement immediately - no return required for damaged items

Modify Your Order

Need to change something? Contact us immediately at hello@gorgon.co.nz or 021 683 581. We can usually make changes if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Cancel Your Order

You can cancel your order anytime before it ships. Once dispatched, standard return policies apply.
